The manuscript in one column paper format, up to 10 pages. Manuscripts must be written in English.
To ensure the high quality of the accepted papers, all submissions will be peer-reviewed. Please only submit original material where copyright of all parts is owned by the authors declared and which is not currently under review elsewhere.
Accepted and presented papers will be published into ICCDA Conference Proceedings , and the content will be submitted to Ei compendex, Scopus, etc.
For those papers do not want to be published but presenting and discussing at the conferece, you can submit an abstract first, for presentation only. Your abstract will not be published but only included in the conference program book.

The manuscript review process involves several key steps to ensure the quality and originality of the content.
Upon receiving a submission, the editorial office conducts an initial review to ensure that the manuscript meets the basic formatting and ethical standards. The manuscript is run through a plagiarism checker to verify the originality of the content.The authors receive feedback after this review process.
Subsequently, the manuscript is sent for a double-blind review by the Technical Committee, where both the authors and the reviewers remain anonymous to each other. The reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its novelty, significance, methodological rigor, and etc.. The authors receive feedback after this review process.
